"Very bad service. We were served by Alex and he seemed like he was forced to work there. I greeted him but he just stared with no smile, I thanked him and still no reply. It was very rude and unpleasing. While we were waiting for our order, it was same with other customers."
"I usually only order two main drinks whenever I have Chatime because the last time I tried a drink that did not work together (which was my bad since I chose it) I was pretty traumatised and never wanted to try anything else again other than my usual ;-; Though last week I wanted to try something new again since it’s been a while and I was having trouble deciding what drink to get. Staff member Lillee was happy to take the time to help and suggest popular drinks for me to try and was very nice. So far I’ve had no problems with their drinks or service at all so I’m very happy with them all :)"

"Leaving 1 star because there is no opinion for one. Watch out if you work as a member of an emergency service because even though they advertise they will give you a discount, they do not honour it!! The staff member with the name of Lilee was absolutely horrendous , rude , unprofessional and with a big attitude. Don't come here, save yourself trouble and go to Bobar instead."
