"I messaged Lube Mobile recently to get some repairs done on my RAV4 Within the hour a very professional and friendly Bronson was at my front door ready to help. He checked my car out and then sent me a video of what the issues were so I could see it for myself I then went out to see my car and he spent a detailed lengthy amount of time explaining and showing me absolutely everything that needed to be repaired. He was very enthusiastic and I could easily see he was very dedicated to his job Next morning bright and early Bronson turned up with big smiles and went ahead and repaired my car Once done he went thru everything with me very patiently and professionally showing me the parts that he had removed and what had been replaced The price was high to fix my car but received a generous discount that was very much appreciated For future repairs I will be asking for Bronson He is a very dedicated, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and very well presented asset to Lube Mobile Kwinana Definitely recommend him"

"Even the Mafia would blush at this audacious criminal enterprise. Rang for a quote on getting a door actuator replaced. Was told they can't quote it on the phone and have to send out a mechanic to quote at a cost of $99.33. Mechanic came out, tried to shut the car door and said "I think it's this bit." pointing at the jaws on actuator. He then made a call and came back and told me it would be $997 to fix. I told them that was outrageous as two Holden dealers quoted me $447 & $490. So instead of giving me their ludicrous price on the phone they charge $100 to come out and screw me with the personal touch. I ended up getting the part and torx bits to do the job for a grand total of $110 and 45 mins of my time. It's a disgrace in these tight financial times that this bunch of mobsters are extorting people. If I have diagnosed the issue you should be able to give me a price on the phone. I certainly did more to diagnose the issue than your guy did. $100 for attempting to close a door? Well played gangsters."

"Mechanic requested a review, so here it is. Unable to diagnose a misfire, technician rolled up with a basic hand tool kit, spoke to his mate on the phone the entire time, charged me for a call-out and referred me to a dealer. Used another mobile company who has since fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Useless"

"Ive been using lube mobile for a number of years having all my service needs attended to at a reasonable cost, great service and professionalism shown from the lads that have attended each time. Today ive paid $437 for a basic oil & filter change!. In the years ive used lube mobile my most comprehensive service come to $375. Spoke to a manager named Linden about the rediculasness and exorbitant pricing of such a basic service and how the cost has inflated since the last service with "more work done" amounting to a reasonable $330. He was unable to give me a genuine cost breakdown mearly quoting that its the way lube mobile online servicing works and he would run at a loss for anything less but still identifying the costs of my previous servicing being excessively less. Its an understatement to say you guys are now running a backyard cowboy operation nothing less than pilfering from your own clients! I was offered a $40 dollar voucher for my next service but that doesnt even justify the cost of today's service. Absoloute disgrace! I won't be back Dave"
