"Waited from August 2022 to January 2013 to be able to get my beloved Kombi in for some panel repairs that, we were advised, would take about 3 weeks. Think they might have mistaken weeks for months, because we waited patiently for over three (3) months to finally get our baby back. Now not wanting to complain about the repair job, but most certainly not satisfied that over the 13 weeks we received no feedback at all unless we instigated the query, and very disappointed with overall quality of the job - paint overspray on seatbelt, torn window rubbers after poorly reinstalled roof rack, keyed door locks not working properly upon return, battery problems after engine had not run for so long. Overall very disappointed but gave 3 stars to balance out good repairs with poor service."
