"Complete lack of customer service My car is still under warranty. The speakers are not working. The service department were informed at the time of booking the service that the speakers were not working and needed to be fixed. When the car was dropped off for a service I left a written note with the key stating the speakers were not working. On collecting the car after the service I was informed they did not get around to the speakers. I was similarly informed they only book one hour for a service, despite specifically stating the speakers were not working. Miraculously, the service department had time to work on the service faults that would cost me money but did not have the time to work on the fault that was under warranty and hence cost them money. To add insult to injury they charged $350 for the one hours labour of inspecting and replacing lubricants. They graciously informed me that they could look it at the next service, which is due in 12 months. It was no bother to them that I would be without a speaker system for a year, despite it being under warranty. When they were told the solution was unacceptable they said the next available slot was in three weeks. They will get my warranty work but they will never get my business again outside of that warranty work. Utterly disgraceful level of customer service."
