"Title: Unfortunate Neglect and Lack of Hospitality at Ikram Kebabs I recently visited Ikram Kebabs as a delivery driver for Uber Eats, and unfortunately, I left feeling undervalued and ignored. While the food itself was satisfactory, the lack of acknowledgment and basic courtesy from the staff towards delivery drivers was disheartening. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that the staff members were readily greeting and attending to other customers, but seemed to completely overlook my presence as a delivery driver. It's disappointing to feel as though my role as a customer service representative was not considered important enough to warrant even a simple greeting. As a delivery driver, I understand the importance of efficient and respectful interactions between restaurants and delivery partners. It creates a positive working environment and ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved. Unfortunately, my encounter at Ikram Kebabs fell short of these expectations. I would encourage the management and staff at Ikram Kebabs to reflect on the significance of acknowledging and treating all customers, including delivery drivers, with equal respect and courtesy. Recognizing the efforts of delivery drivers can help create a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone involved in the food delivery process. While I recognize that this might have been an isolated incident, I hope that sharing my experience will encourage improvements in customer service moving forward. Delivery drivers play an integral role in the success of food delivery services, and it's crucial for restaurants to acknowledge and appreciate their efforts"
