"Have worked with Jarrett Lawrie a few times now over the years to buy or sell and they've always been absolutely fantastic. We feel safe in their competent hands with the experience they have. I'd recommend them to anyone"
"Very disappointed at the service I received, Sue did not advocate on my behalf at all and merely forwarded emails back and forth between myself and the sellers conveyancer. The phone line was down in my town for several days however I had wifi, I asked for a Skype as I had minimum contact from Sue and wanted to find out what was happening with my purchase. Sue said she did not have the facilities to Skype, nor did she offer an alternate solution such as WhatsApp, Teams ect, in 2022 and after covid moved many business online, I found this extremely disappointing and again felt like Sue did not have my best interest at heart, let alone want to help me. I expressed my concerns to Sue, that I felt her service was not up to scratch, at this time I also asked for all correspondence between herself and the sellers conveyancer, to which I received no reply and still have not received the correspondence. Sue organised all inspections as requested by me, I had to contact Sue a week after the inspections to get the documents forwarded, she also did not send me the body corporate documents, minutes ect until I asked. Lastly, upon the negotiation stage after receiving building reports ect, Sue said to me “I can not make the seller change her mind” this was in relation to the allowance I was bargaining for. Sue wiped her hands if this and did not help one bit. I ended up contacting the realestate agent, who did the work for me and got a $5k allowance within a day. At $500.00 allowance, Sue said this was all she could do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JARRETT AND LAWRIE CONVEYANCING"
