Reviews
"I'm not one to leave a review but after today's "meal" I am. This is my third time at this Macca's in 3 months, the first two times it was pretty bad but today it was fairly inedible. Fries were brown and tasted of old oil, no salt. Double fillet of fish burger was actually disgusting! Base of burger tasted stale (as it did last time) and both fillets of fish were noticeably undercooked and had that taste things get when they've been in the freezer too long. I've never ever had an undercooked fillet at any other store. I ate less than half and that was only because I was starving! What a waste. How hard is it to do fries and a burger right if everywhere else manages?! I will definitely not be returning."
"Terrible service, food is worse. Now if we bother to go back we will need to check what's inside the burgers not just they are in the bag. Hubby ordered and paid for a double big mac as per the grill slip and got a cold sloppy normal one, son ended up with NO MEAT PATTY in his cheeseburger and all meals were cold. Pretty poor when you have to constantly check what you ordered is in the bag to avoid disappointment. Not sure why it is so difficult to make sure the right items are in the bag and the items themselves contain the standard ingredients..."
"Found a hair in my hotcakes when I have almost finished & ready to lick the plate. Jesus, just thinking about lapping that up with my tongue without seeing it…. left me gagging! Pity, cos one of the only times I actually got 4 whipped butters that I asked for. Really disappointed.?"
"Honestly, I don't expect a lot from McDonald's, but this place was disgusting. We arrived around 2.45pm on a Saturday, it wasn't busy. There was rubbish everywhere and the bins were overflowing. A few customers who had obviously been waiting a while for their orders. One delivery driver who made it clear he was late. The computer kiosk we used froze at payment stage, which was frustrating. Approx 5 staff on, so should it be like this? Food was average. Playground is in good condition."
