Welcome to Kwinana General Practice, located in the heart of Kwinana Town Centre on Chisham Avenue. As a trusted establishment in the community, we are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Starting from January 3rd, 2023, we have implemented Mixed Billing for all days. This decision was made to ensure the sustainability of our practice while maintaining and improving the quality of care we provide. We appreciate your ongoing support as we make this transition.

We are pleased to announce that we have added a new lady doctor to our team, available for bookings starting from December 28th, 2022. Dr. Mogan, Dr. Mah, Dr. Niru, and Dr. Anita are also available and offer bulk billing for patients with valid health care cards, concession cards, and children under 16.

Starting from June 19th, 2023, Dr. Lee will begin offering whole-day mixed billing from Monday to Saturday. Dr. Charan also offers bulk billing for eligible patients.

At Kwinana General Practice, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our staff members. Therefore, we strictly do not tolerate any form of threats or physical abuse towards them.

Patients with a valid Medicare card can avail of Medicare rebates. Please note that there may be out-of-pocket fees for certain procedures. Medical certificates can only be provided after an appointment with the doctor, except for COVID-19 telephone consultations.

We accept payment in the form of cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX, Diners, or cheques.

For surgical procedures such as skin excisions, the cost of the procedure includes follow-up appointments. Some procedures may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Kindly provide at least 2 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to attend an appointment without a valid reason may result in a non-attendance fee of $40.00.

If you require duplicate documents such as scripts, medical certificates, or referrals, a small fee will be charged. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you with any further inquiries.

We understand that sometimes documents can be lost or misplaced. We offer replacements for lost prescriptions, referral letters, medical certificates, and request forms. However, please note that a handling fee will be charged, and payment is expected upon collection.
