"As a longtime loyal customer of Gong Cha, I have always appreciated their consistent quality. I regularly order Oolong Milk Tea, half-sweet and less ice, and have always found it delightful, up until today. Today's experience was a notable exception, where my drink was prepared by an older lady. The taste of the milk tea was incredibly faint, akin to the blandness of melted ice cubes. It was very unpalatable and completely devoid of the distinct milk tea flavor I have come to know and love. Upon realizing this, I politely requested a replacement, something I wouldn't have considered if the change hadn't been so drastic. However, even after this, the replacement tasted exactly the same. I strongly suspect that she merely handed back the same drink without making a new one. To make matters worse, the service was extremely poor. After explaining my issue politely, I was met with a furrowed brow and a look of disdain from her. I have always been a supporter of Gong Cha, but today's experience has greatly tarnished my impression. I hope they can take this feedback into consideration and make improvements where necessary."

"Usually I have an ok experience there I usually order on the kiosk and the staff take a long time to serve you. I ordered a drink with pearls and there was clearly no black pearls and one of their newer employees tried to argue with me claiming there was when you can clearly tell when a fruit tea drink has no pearls just by looking at the drink. I never order there when she is working because I always receive bad customer service from her."

"Depending when you visit, this shop can be very busy with long lines of customers waiting for their order. Understanbly this can put alot of stress and pressure on staff. I've always been satisfied with the product I purchase from here. Taste and quality of their tea is always consistent. 5 stars."
