Our commitment to customer service is unwavering, and we actively support our local community. We offer in-house embroidery and alterations services, and screen-printing is carried out by local contractors.

"Poor customer service. Went into the shop 15 minutes before 3pm to pick up some shoes for work. Very rude lady told me to “look quickly” as the shop closes in 15 minutes. Few minutes later she appeared again and told me “the cheap shoes are over this side”. Absolutely astonished by the rude person, I left 10 minutes before 3pm. I will spend my money elsewhere."
"Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Fitting was quick and they offered a range of uniform types and colours for me to try out. They've got a great range of all the top brands- Hard Yakka, R M Williams, Bisley, King Gee, Rossi and more. Boots, glasses, fluro, jackets, beanies, gloves, sunscreen - its all there and more. ACROD parking right out the front and good angles parking makes getting in and out easy too"
"I visited this store last Friday 31 March. I asked where my particular company section was and was shown to the area by a young lady. She had asked someone at the counter. She advised that she was training. I was shown to my particular company's section, trousers here, skirts here, shirts and tops. I said I was after skirts and 3/4 shirts. And that is where it ended. The young lady had left me to search myself. After searching the racks for what I wanted, I could not find it and I pulled that section apart looking at each item. I never saw another person. Of course I could have walked about the store looking for service, but instead after an hour I walked out. This was my first foray into purchasing a corporate uniform at this establishment and it was a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. I was advised that this company was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. And no doubt there will be 300 people advising that they are terrific and it must be me. But it was me and it is not something I wish to re experience as it was demoralising"
