"Great place to take the children and have a picnic."
"It's a great park kid's playground is good but it's more about the people and the animals that you meet. Awesome time spent with my granddaughter"
"Great family and dog park. Dogs are allowed off lead except when sports are under way. The pond is finally empty There is play equipment for the little children in a large sand pit. Shade sails have been placed over the playground to protect the children from sun burn. Two free BBQs to use if you want to cook something. You may want to clean the BBQs first before using as sometimes the kids like to melt things on them. There is now a bridge over the pond plus two viewing platforms with a bench seat on all three. There is plenty of parking all around Bortolo park, but please do not park on the bitumen running track at the northern end of the park. This has been set up for the fire brigade for their training and games. There is also a toilet block there aswell, but again only for use by the fire brigade during training or games."
