Admin staff have no manners, can't even complete booking an appointment at the desk without them answering phones mid convo to take other bookings then forget what you are standing there in front of them to do. "My relative comes to make an appointment with the doctor for medical certificate. She wasn't good English so I speak in her stead. I said her husband recently passed away and she is in need of mental support, we need to make an appointment with a doctor. The reception staff didn't shows any sympathy, she just asked if we have made appointment with the doctor. I understand that they are fully booked but little sympathy for someone's experiencing a hard time will still identify your dignity."
