Boundary Island Brewery was created by two Mandurah families who share a deep passion for exceptional beer, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere that can be enjoyed year-round. With a background in brewing beer since college, these families seized the incredible opportunity to acquire a magnificent building overlooking Boundary Island, one of Mandurah's most picturesque waterways, to establish the Boundary Island Brewery.
Our menu showcases breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, all prepared using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. In addition to our impressive beer selection, we also offer a wide range of wines and cocktails to cater to every palate.

One of the cherished features of our brewery is our beautiful Esmeralda, which steals the hearts of all our little visitors. With a strong connection to the region, Esmeralda was once left abandoned and forgotten, but now serves as a beloved highlight for children who visit us. "I took my husband there for lunch to celebrate his 69th birthday, along with our 2 fur kids. Gorgeous day to sit on the deck and overlook the estuary waters glint in the sunshine. Ordered a dozen of the oysters Kilpatrick. The sauce they were in was thick and had a overpowering BBQ flavour and was almost black in colour - not good. Certainly nothing like Kilpatrick oysters we've had elsewhere. We then had the fish and chips, however the fish was on the overcooked side. This may have been because the kitchen was overloaded with orders because the place was packed with people, even at 11.45 am, but it was a gorgeous Saturday morning and everyone wanted to take advantage of the lovely weather. We will go back again because it is a great place that is pet friendly on the deck area. Definitely won't be ordering the Kilpatrick again. Fyi, great service!"
"What a delightful surprise right in the estuary. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and the burgers looked amazing, we will try those next time. Decor was stunning and plenty of seating available. We enjoyed the beer paddle and loved your ginger beer!"
