"They had exactly what I wanted. You just need to keep going back until they do. Friendly and helpful staff, well priced and it's going to people in need."
"Unfortunately had a terrible incident today where I was wrongful accused of shoplifting. Without being asked, I turned out my pockets and asked them to please check my bag. She accused me again, showing me security footage of my back looking at some things and then putting my phone in my pocket. I then asked them that they were welcome to check my bag. She said I was wrong and I did steal. I asked her to call the police if she felt that way but I did offer that she look in my bag again, this time opening my purse up for her to see in the little zip pockets. I told her I felt offended given she was clearly enjoying the power trip, she responded with "I'm sorry, see, I apologised". I shook my head and left the store. What a way to ruin your week. Completely understand the need to check if people have stolen, but she had labelled me a criminal even after I offered my bag to her numerous times. Genuinely feel sadden that this is the costumer service you get from an op shop, imagine you looked down on your luck and had the displeasure of seeing this woman."
