I had searched up flights on Google Flights & showed them that so it was easy for them to select the exact same flights. Turned out to be $500 cheaper which was a welcome surprise. "Worst customer service EVER. I Booked online which means x Australia zero support. 19 phone calls. 30 hrs and ZERO. I went into 2 shops . They treated me like a leper as they earned zero commissions. POOR. One of the worst NO the worst experience in 45 yrs of travel. I strongly recommend NEVER NEVER NEVER book online.
