"I’ve seen some highly questionable doctors in my time but I think this doctors surgery takes the cake. At the very beginning of a 15min phone consult in which I asked for a simple script I was told “I don’t have time to go into why you take this medication. What strength do you need?”. Upon entering the doctors room for an in person appointment I asked the doctor “How are you?” to which he replied “Well I’m a bit stressed. I’ve just found out that a patient has cancer and we’ve been sitting on it because the doctor that was seeing the patient left the practice”. Today, in an attempt to get rid of me as a patient (because of my complex chronic medical conditions) my doctor told me that a colleague of his (another doctor at the same practice) told him I was a patient of his at my last doctors surgery and gave him a negative review of me, despite never ever seeing that doctor before in my life, to which I have proof of. He then said that that doctor therefore refuses to see me and said “If I was on leave you’d have no one to see you” to try and get rid of me. In the instance that was true though, it would be a breach of my privacy inline with privacy laws. I reported this to AHPRA. On another occasion one of the admin ladies discussed my account with my pharmacist, despite that also being a breach of my privacy. Then when I complained about it she denied doing it. Luckily my pharmacist remembered who she spoke to so I reported it to AHPRA. This doctor also rambles on about irrelevant information to deliberately extend my appointment time to get more money. On another occasion he rambled on about his role in a drug and alcohol clinic and how doctors there didn’t know certain things about a certain drug, but he did, boasting about himself. Again highly irrelevant to me. On that occasion he also drew me a picture about how a certain drug works in the brain - again information that I didn’t need to know - purely to extend the appointment time. After supplying me with months and months of medication for a medical condition that I have, the doctor tried telling me today that the surgery didn’t have written confirmation of my medical condition despite the diagnosis being emailed to the receptionist. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism within this practice. It’s appalling! (A-Paul-ing)."

"Staff are very helpful and Dr C.Chin excellent and treats you as a individual. Its easy to see he cares about you and listens. From discussions with him its obvious he keeps up to date medically issues."
