"Friendly staff, had what I needed"
"I can not believe BWS standard of staff training is in need badly in need. Today l over heard the manager tell a customer its alright but you have to skull it to get anything out of it responsible service! Then l went to the counter to purchase a six pack and two bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, small sale l know but your staff member asked me is that all and laughed at me openly in public l asked whats wrong are you laughing at me and she just continued, this is ridiculous whats wrong with your company if your staff can treat your customers like this with out recourse this is not my first disappointed experience in this store however l have had a more cordial experience at Pinjarra and some other stores it would seem the Mandurah Forum BWS is the rouge of Western Australia why ?"
"I went I to buy drinks how ever since my 19 yr old daughter went in befor me to get hers they refused me service claiming I was getting drinks for her which is total bull recommend staying away from these over priced idiots of whom don't look old enough to look at alcohol never let alone sell it previous good comments apper to be starf members"
