"I don't have a regular dentist in Launceston but I needed to see someone just after christmas. I chose Dr Alexander because his surgery was close by and he didn't have a face-book page showing every aspect of his life. I was so glad that I did because I found him to be very gentle, interested, not outrageously expensive, and my problem was solved quickly and efficiently. Rightly or wrongly, I always judge whether I'll go back to a dentist by the way they treat their staff, particularly the dental nurses. Dentistry must often be stressful - working in close confines with sometimes difficult cases, but Dr Alexander seemed to have such a good relationship with his staff and that in itself made for a really easy visit.
