"My wife and I shop early every Tuesday and lately we have noticed a lack of staff which results in a lack of products on the shelves. Today we asked for assistance with a product and received no help. The lady that was on the one register, that was open, called the supervisor and she in turn called for help 3 times and still no one came to assist with my enquiry. In the amount of time it took the supervisor to call for assistance she could have come and helped herself as there was no one waiting to be served, so consequently we did not purchase the product. If this is the level of service we can expect in the future we will be shopping elsewhere."

"Deli rating in this store is low, cold meats and chicken look old. Service by "Kerry" is abrupt and a rude person, this should be addressed. I have witnessed her rudeness to an elderly lady. Management are aware of this as I complained 12 months ago."
