"After reading so many good reviews I thought we'd take our puppy here. We were so disappointed and have now changed to another vet and we are so much happier with the care and customer service. We were told that our pup needed urgent blood tests, ultrasound, x-ray and then were given medications for lots of "possible" issues then after a week still had no results from the x-ray as the radiologist was on leave, yet it was urgent (I didn't realise that she was the only radiologist in Perth) whats worse is that not once did we get a call to check up on our little puppy while waiting for these results. It felt, like here pump him with meds and good luck. To add when I called several times chasing an update of the report all I had is not updated yet and then on the last call I spoke with Petra that was so insensitive to the situation and told me that the Radiologist that we are waiting for the results, is very good. I told her that I wasn't arguing that but I would think if it was urgent as we were told, you would find another Radiologist while she is overseas in New Zealand she told me I am just the messager! I could go on on, with other problems where the Radiogist was emailed the wrong info and although once the results would come back we could get a call ASAP however all we got was an email from Cindy."

"We would like to say a special thank you from the bottom of our heart to the highly qualified specialist Dr.Cindy that accepted us for an emergency booking with our lovely Dog who is very dear to us and is a part of our family. We came to this clinic via a recommendation of a family friend who we called asking what vet they use and they've been with New Era Vet for 5 years now. Our friend told us that in most situations you should go to this clinic first before searching for any type of alternative and you wouldn't be disappointed, we made the decision to go from Clarkson which took a 1-hour drive one way it was definitely WORTH IT!!! New Era Vet definitely deserves the support of all Pet owners and a high ranking of 5.0 Stars, the staff are friendly, the clinic is well kept, they are very professional in their approach and Dr.Cindy straight away did everything to make sure we know what is wrong and she treated our fluffy family member with utmost love, care and professionalism. She even told us about things he has that no other vet clinic or vet Dr mentioned about his overall health and pre-existing conditions, so it turns out for the past 8 years we have been going to a clinic that only cares about money and probably had malicious plans to only tell us about these issues once something sever would have happened to our boy so that they could make a nice profit off his suffering and off our love for him. Again we were astonished by the level of professionalism, the care shown in treating our pet and in the love Dr.Cindy clearly has for pets when it comes to helping them and their owners who cherish their pet like a family member! Please support this amazing Vet Clinic and if you are ever in need of a true saviour and a professional for your fluffy family member then ask for Dr.Cindy when you visit New Era Vet! Update: Our boy feels so much better today after our visit, he has a healthy appetite, his personality returned, he's playing with his toys again and most importantly we now know what to look out for and do in regards to his condition and other things affecting him. Fingers crossed we get to spend more precious time with him and create a lot more loving family memories for many more years!"
