"I do not recommend having a wedding reception here!! Had hired the function room for my wedding night/reception. A lot of the food such as steaks, curries and few other items were unavailable to order off their regular menu so was quite disappointing to my guests. We were also told to leave at 8:30pm when we had no knowledge of this. Few people did leave at around 8, although there were few people left happy to carry on with the night. Imagine having to leave so early on your wedding night. On the other hand, bar staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't be more grateful for their hardwork. Just the new owners."
"I stopped into this great little tavern hoping to get lunch and a beer. The Tavern has the potential to be so much more. It deserves better. Some advertising to attract more people and an upgraded menu certainly wouldn't hurt."
