"Best vet experience by far. Managed to squeeze me in on the same day I called to do a check-up on my dog to make sure he was alright and in good health. The night before my little fluff-ball gave me a massive scare. Dr Mark looked over him and checked that everything was functioning correctly and how his health was. He was extremely kind and gentle. I have had past experiences when my concerns have been ignored or dismissed, but he listened and had genuine concern. He throughly checked out my dog, putting all my concerns at ease. "We had to have emergency care. The best vet to give us space and the uttermost care anyone could ask for. A picnic blanket and a last treat to spend an hour with our pet on the grass, then in their private room to spend time with all the family when losing your beloved pet. I want to thank all the staff who helped us care for our girl golden retriever when she had to be put down for the explanation of everything that was happening at the time.
