"My experience was quite disappointing. All I wanted was a cleaner to come in once a fortnight for 3 hours for a basic vacuum bathroom and kitchen clean. When speaking with the owner, as friebdly as she was on the phone, she spent a long time trying to upsell me to a spring clean package which was waaaaay beyond our $$ means and not what we were looking for. I finally agreed to an initial clean for 4 hours. It took several weeks for this to get booked in. The clean itself was well done, but I was so disappointed afterwards, as the owner was judgemental about the house, and tried to push to 4 hours per fortnight instead. I said no, I just wanted a basic clean and for them to just do the three hours and then stop, even if they haven't completely finished. I got fed a story that for her staff to enjoy their jobs, they need to do deep thorough cleans (fans, ledges under couches etc), and that would take at least four hours in our house every fortnight. We were insistent we didn't need this level of detail. She then told me she would get back to me to let me know whether her staff would be happy just doing a basic clean, and foregoing their 'job satisfaction'. She never got back to.me, wasted my time when I could have just gone with another cleaning service, and had a consistent fortnightly cleaner going. Overall, the clean was thorough, but the judgement of my house, the continuous push to upsell and basically the lack of respect in not getting back in touch to let me know what was going on, was incredibly disappointing. I hope your experience is better than mine."

Just like the name says, they don't just do the basics and leave, they pay attention to the details! I've come home and found they made up my beds with linen I've left folded on the dining room table, totally unexpected but WOW so grateful and thankful they noticed and just took the time to do it for me!! Its not just the cleaning either, We have a lot of timber in our home so we also decided to get all of our timber varnished - and it's exceptional - has lasted for years - they did a great job.
