"RACT didn't get a 5star review, because after a minor car park collision, I organised CCTV footage to demonstrate that I was stationary and was backed into, while I was continuously sounding my horn ( saw the car backing up). The other driver admitted full liability. The company providing the footage, kept it for approx 3mths, then understandably deleted it. As a result I had to pay ract $500 excess, because their insurance arm neglected to obtain a copy of the CCTV footage. Other than that I believe, their other services are more proficient. So, only 4 stars."
