"This place is the biggest ripe off. Making me book second appointment to give me my test results. Holding results to ransom is illegal and I will be reporting this practise. And after all that they didn't even check my records to see my results were normal for me after being tested every year and all in my records"

"I attended the LMC after hour (6-9pm) service after waiting, unsuccessfully, for over an hour and a half for a booked appointment with my own doctor. Arriving just before 6pm there were at least 12 people ahead of me but doctors were seeing these people promptly. I was seen just before 7pm by Dr 'Sam' Mahmud who was thorough, pleasant and professional in his assessment and treatment recommendations. I couldn't be more impressed with the care."

"Great practice, amazing, kind and caring doctors and nurses, excellent staff and customer service, centrally located, with pathology, specialists and pharmacy all easy to access within the same complex, always running on time, hardly ever any wait time. Kiosk inside, relax and have a cuppa or a bite and read the paper whilst waiting for someone in an appointment, or grab and go after your appointment. Modern, roomy and spacious surgery with a relaxing and comfortable feel. Great seating options, nicely spaced out and roomy, not overcrowded. Highly recommend this medical centre, definitely the best in Launceston. Also located a stones throw from the Launceston General Hospital."
