"Great location and owner is often working on-site and very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are old but they've remodeled and updated some. Balconies have great views of Launceston city. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and fun things to do. Parking is free. Clean property and I highly recommend this hotel."
