At Goodstart Warnbro South, we provide high-quality education and care for children aged six weeks to six years old. Our center features three indoor learning spaces designed to foster play-based and teacher-initiated learning and development.

Our nursery learning space is dedicated to supporting infants and helping them reach important developmental milestones such as sitting up, crawling, rolling over, and walking. With a focus on building confidence, our experienced educators provide a safe and engaging environment where children can explore and grow.

In our toddler learning space, children learn essential routines like toileting, serving their own meals, group play, and self-regulation. The environment is thoughtfully set up with various small play areas, allowing children to take ownership of their learning.

Our preschool/kindergarten learning space prepares children for school readiness. Through engaging learning experiences in small and large groups, our dedicated educators and early childhood teacher encourage writing, literacy, science, math, and social skills development.

Outside, our expansive outdoor learning spaces offer a wide range of engaging resources such as bikes, climbing frames, balls, and parachute play. These spaces allow children to engage in independent play with their peers, developing gross motor skills and learning important social skills like sharing and turn-taking. Our gardens also provide opportunities for children to interact with and care for the natural environment.

Our educational programs are tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and interests, following the Early Years Learning Framework. Our experienced team of educators, including those with Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching degrees, Certificate III, and Diplomas in Children's Services, are passionate about delivering a leading early learning curriculum in a welcoming and inspiring environment.

Goodstart Warnbro South has been assessed by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority and received an overall rating of 'Meeting.' This national framework ensures that our center meets the highest quality standards.

We also prioritize strong connections with local schools such as Koorana Primary, Port Kennedy Primary, and Warnbro Primary to support children's smooth transition to formal education.

To keep parents informed and engaged, we use Storypark, an industry-leading program that allows you to see your child's learning experiences and interact with educators, fostering meaningful connections between home and our center.

With 18 car spaces, including a disabled bay, right outside our doors, drop-offs and pick-ups are convenient for families.

Meet our Acting Centre Director, Julia Kett, who brings over 19 years of experience in the early learning sector. Julia holds a Bachelor of Education specializing in Teaching Early Childhood from the University of Auckland. With a focus on creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment, Julia aims to support each child's unique growth and learning journey. As a mother of four children herself, she understands the importance of strong educator-family relationships and strives to provide peace of mind to all families.
