"I have been using this pharmacy for years. Most definitely would have given 5 stars until today. The service was humiliating, to say the least. Then to be told, "I'm sorry, that 'you' feel that way. The pharmacist was apologetic, with sass. At first, the lady behind the counter who takes the scripts, oozed judgement on what was being dispensed to me. Questioning if it had already been dispensed, have you taken these before? I understand "have you taken these before", is a question often asked, but this was next level. Its hard enough going in to a pharmacy vulnerably handing over your scripts. To have your full name yelled across the pharmacy, which has a line 5 deep with people waiting to be served. People not in line, waiting for their scripts to be filled. To then feel humiliated and embarrassed. With your medication on the counter displayed to everyone, like your being shamed. Time to practice DISCRETION and compassion Baldivis Pharmacy. Never have I ever felt like that in your pharmacy until now. I was not served today by the normal ladies who are generally in there either. The ones I would most definitely give 5 stars to. Please remember to use your ethics and professionalism!"

"I’m 50/50 on this place. I usually only go here because I’m a shift worker and they are open long hours. The staff are mostly friendly but I often feel judged if I get regular medications a little before they’re due. As someone who has worked in health care for a long time, I understand that pharmacists need to encourage people from abusing their medications. Unfortunately I feel I get pigeonholed in this crowd because of the medication I take. Keep up the good work guys but please try and remember that your job is to dispense, not to prescribe."
