"Bought a fragrance and specifically asked for the stronger one and after opening just the box I realised the girl gave me the wrong one. Called up to ask if I could return it to get the stronger one since it hadnt been used and pay the difference but the girl said I couldn't do that even though it was her fault for selling me the wrong one than what i asked for. Now I'm out $100 for her screw up"
"So I'll be honest, I've been gifted perfume before but never bought any for myself. I did a little research on what I thought I might like and came here on the advice of a friend. The worker (on morning shift on 9/9/21) was amazing! She was so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She took what little I knew about what I wanted and provided a few scent samples. She used how I felt about those to narrow down my tastes and find me scents that appealed to me. There was also no pressure from her to purchase anything. I am extremely happy with the service and my purchase and will be back again. Cheap too!"
