"Five-star pharmacy offers sincere compassionate care. I visited Warnbro Pharmacy earlier today hoping to obtain my second booster (fourth covid vaccination), knowing it was the first day the second booster was available to all, particularly for those aged over 39. We walked into an immaculate retail space and straight up to the customer service desk without waiting and were greeted by various staff with warm smiles. We then requested to have our second covid booster shots and after exchanging Medicare cards and ID, we were promptly seen to by the ever so friendly and professional pharmacist, Kellie. I shared my severe anaphylactic allergy with her and she showed genuine concern, insisting I remain in the pharmacy for at least 15 minutes so she could monitor me. Kellie's warmth, sincerity and attention to detail are impressive - three special traits which no doubt have customers choosing Warnbro Pharmacy over alternative pharmacies given their stellar customer service and compassionate care afforded to all. I was also intrigued by the pharmacy's offering of an onsite sleep apnea specialist with various CPAP equipment available for further enquiry and purchase.
