"I wish I checked Google reviews before I wasted my time with this pack of incompetent morons. Can't do a simple job, dont bother to let you know they haven't done it, then make bulls*it excuses and blame your baby crying for their inability to do a simple task of picking something up and dropping it off. (Note that we were also in contact via email so they could have quite easily clarified anything they struggled to comprehend) I contacted them via email to convey my disappointment in the service provided( or lack there of) only to receive a reply that I was "going off at them" and another claiming I was "carrying on" I was also told "I think in future you need to think carefully how you attack a business. We have a really good reputation in Darwin" Clearly you do not have a good reputation in Darwin. And if you are unable to pick something up because it's raining then maybe Darwin with its monsoon weather is not a good fit for your business."
"Terrible & incompetent service. Have been continuously assured that my parcel - a mattress (15 days late on delivery already) would be delivered every single day this week. Thursday afternoon and still haven’t received it. A representative from the company who I ordered the product through was hung up on today by a lady representing N&K Couriers. Absolutely no excuses for this negligible behaviour & failure to adhere to delivery timeframes that you have been paid for!!"
