Reading Cinemas Mandurah

"Go to get our tickets and the bloke that served us was rather rude. Get our tickets and you have to choose your seats now before you go in which is so stupid. Go into the cinema and the seats are so uncomfortable. Had to go to the toilet during the movie and they where so disgusting. I think I will drive to Rockingham next time and hope they are better."

"Clean, good service but starter half hour late. Two people went out individually to tell the manager behind the counter but he said he was serving someone! Meanwhile, 10 minutes later...."

"Nick was so rude. Came to the cinema for the first time in 2 years to see barbie and horrible service. The sodas were out as they had “no carbonation”, and so we had to get freezes in our combo. Originally was 19.50 and because they HAD NO soda, we paid $21.50 for the freezes. I asked why did we have to pay extra when i originally asked for just soda. He said “you don’t need a drink”. Rude rude man. Will never come back."

"Pretty disappointed as i was going to shout my grandson some games at the arcade there, but, despite spending $100 on tickets and munchies/drinks, they refused to let us 'cash-out' to obtain money for the machines ... pretty pathetic really. So we decide to wait in the cinema since we cant use up the half hour on the arcade games ... can't go in yet, must just wait in foyer ... Pathetic, rude service ... won't be back. Would rather drive 30 minutes to Rockingham in future where none of the above problems exist"
