They should ensure that people who can speak english are calling names to enter the er room. It makes hard for elderly and hard of hearing."

"A truly dangerous and awful service in Triage 15th August 2023 Due to my presentation of Short breath with lung disease, I wrote my symptom presentations and associated notes to assist Nurse at Triage. Nurse ( Let's call her Madge for legal and reputation sake ) then insists ( through her Protective window worthy of being used as Tank Armour in the Ukraine War ) on me saying Please and Thank you with every question Madge asks . Odd as I hardly said a word as aforementioned. I love the Traige window especially, Mr Joe Blogs has to shout about he's leaking prostate and when hes last bout of Chlamydia came from he's last 'Golf trip' to Thailand. The volume excertion needed from Joes Buucal Cavity to convey these most sensitive of details though the Armour glass where Nurse Madge felt unsafe is trully needed for vocal penetration to Madge. The questionable ladyboy Joe visited in Thailand can also hear Joes dolcet tones he has to shout so loud. Nurse Madge then looks at my Gaite, Nurse Madge then comes out with her Gold class script of telling me we don't have any drugs of high dependence. Where did that come from ? I stated, "Did you read my health condition on the notes i just gave you ? Said in a low rasp vocal tone. Nurse Madge stated I was now abusive and she was going to call security and she has a wittness ! I shivered at this point of this Stern individual in her mumsy scrubs. I was not abusive but asked Nurse Madge why she's on edge and triggered ? Madge then stood up behind her strengthened window and appeared to summon help by gesticulation. If she only knew who she was addressing around my job etc, she'd be ashamed at accusing me of drug abuse by proxy. I have more access to Schedule 8s ( highly addictive naughty meds ) than Phizer and potentially tested more times for Drugs than Ben Cousins in 2005..... Hold on , I forgot Madge and her pals are never drug tested, because as we know , Nurses and Medics never abuse drugs. I know full well these people ( Medics and Nurses ) and their institutions , They lie compulsively or at best legally evasive when they're in the wrong or their reputation is at stake. In general although quite rightly social dislocation is needed in a setting such as this , a bit of Empathy might be better without sympathy , which Madge never had either . So called Nurse Madge, do you have a relative or loved one that you would treat the same way as you did me ? Actually, don't answer, it might embarrass you. I collapsed outside 50 mtrs away but took my medication to mitigate the symptoms. I rang RGH ED, a person in the ED named D#####le asked me to come back in ..... with soft sympathy patronising tone.... I stated to Nurse D ( I think it was the Clerk who past thevphone over to her work bestie ) that I was at another EDs. Patronisingly she said I hope I get better soon . Low and behold when I get to the next nearby ED Triage , security ( call him Brad ) complete with Halitosis and dried wee smell is hanging around like a bad case of Herpes... funny that ??? Phone call was there Madge or Nurse D ? In general most of the aforementioned uniformed Bots covered themselves in more Glory than a Sara Lee Exclusive Mudcake , Truly Vile individuals with the empathy of Kidney stones and Gastroenteritis all rolled into one. No wonder so many people get triggered in EDs I'm White , 6'3 , shaven head , Scary looking in my last employment Appraisal, my profession gets me to read non verbal communication, mental health cues and de escalation .... and yes I work in Mental health you Misguided individuals ( id love to use Robust language) South Metro reading this. This type of behaviour is exactly what causes Hospital violence and needless incidents, In part this is why I'm so busy sorting mess institution's like yours cause. I'd ask if you have any shame but considering this I'd say it's a oxymoron question. I'm so glad I have the capacity to go private but saddened for the unfortunate people .
