"Dr Ram Shrestha should not be a dr! Refused to see me this morning as I couldn’t pay his $91 fee that has conveniently just become a new policy as of today for the practice, no one informed me of this change prior to my appointment, I am now without my needed mental health medications as he wouldn’t print out my script unless I paid him. He is not a dr. He is a monster! I have been bringing my family to Tuart family practice for years and never has anything like this happened. Thanks Dr Ram."
"You will find Dr Sanath De Dilva will have plenty of availabilities in his schedule - because he is rude and disrespectful Just letting him know what my chiropractor has recommended - he cracks it, saying that he has to do all the work and ‘just do what the chiropractor tells him to do’ (yet we only told him what he recommended, not telling him how to do his job). He then treats my missus with disrespect and a poor attitude Please avoid Dr De Silva"
"I have been coming to this doctors since it opened and have always enjoyed every visit. As of recently, the doctor I normally see has been I feel rushing our appointment and hasn’t even tried to check in with me on a personal level when we used to chat about our family life together and our kids. Recently she has been pronouncing my daughters name wrong and so by the third time I corrected her and she seemed to be surprised by my assertiveness. I am Māori and so saying her name wrong can be easily mispronounced. It wasn’t until I needed a referral form and I had noticed her name had been altered on the system in turn changing her legal name and adding in her own interpretation on how to say it. I asked for the reception to change this and they agreed. I then asked for an apology. A day later I receive an email from the practice manager who was not sorry at all, he said that it is a standard practice and they will not be changing it and also encouraged me to find a new clinic. Pretty disappointing to say the absolute least."
"We had an appointment booked for 8am. Arrived at 7.55. The receptionist was on the phone while I waited at the counter for several minutes. I gave up waiting and sat down. When she was finished with her call I proceeded to return to the counter to check in as did others and she was annoyed to discover our appointment was at 8am and it was now 8.10. I would suggest a self check in service to obmit delays"
"Very friendly and helpful doctors here. Always willing to listen and explain everything in detail. I have been a patient for last 1 year and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended!"
