The girls at reception are always so happy to help especially now that I have my grandmother living with me and needs the attention of Dr or Nurse at any given time, they always go above and beyond to help. I have nothing but the utmost respect and positive reviews for our favourite medical centre. Thank you to you all for all that you do."

"Was nervous going after seeing the bad reviews but pleasantly surprised! Receptionists were considerate and respectful, I didn’t wait more than 10 mins which is unheard of, and dr Fernando was great. He asked questions and showed a sincere interest in my health concerns. Yes the downside is paying, but I’d gladly pay to go to a gp office that doesn’t rush me out the door and treat me like a number. Thankyou for making my experience as smooth and kind as possible."

"We had terrible experience with Doctor Sarath Moosani. He asked me who are you? I told him my name and said I am her husband then he asked my wife again are you married? Do you live in rental house? What a stupid questions and were asked in Very unprofessional way. He just wasted our time, he had to search vaccine brand on the internet at least 4 times as he couldn’t put the correct spelling even my wife was showing her previous vaccination certificate Firstly he advised my wife you do not need to get this vaccine and after searching on google he said ‘ oh yes you can have this vaccine’. In short we ended up having no vaccine as we did not have scrip and even we get script he advised you need to book again for another day as they closing at 5pm. When I told him We waited beyond our appointment time at least 40 minutes beyond appointment just to get vaccinated, I felt I just upset him as he got rude There were not option for 0 star otherwise I will definitely hit 0 for him. Overall not coming back. I hope they can have some people who are committed to duty of care for people."

"No more bulk bill. $75 for less than 10 min of consultation for general medical test result. I could find out from Google and don't need a doctor tell me, whom also printout recommendation from the Internet page! Why same doctors working in the two clinics nearby - both no bulk bills. Business right? So much for ethics."

"Horrible receptionists and didn't even wear masks. They straight up ignored us; I had to stand in front of them for 5 mins to get their attention despite making eye contact and saying excuse me and hello and to get attitude from them. They were so unhelpful and degrading, jumped to conclusion and got mad at me for trying to explain most civil way, that the vomiting and fever symptoms weren’t from covid but from the antibiotics which they prescribed, which resulted in throwing up straight after taking the antibiotics for 3 days. They are the least compassionate and empathetic people I have ever met towards a sick and fatigued person who hasn't eaten food for 3 days, repeatedly throwing because of the antibiotics. But the female doctor, on the other hand, was friendly and welcoming, which made my day a lot better after dealing with the receptionist lady."
