Get with the times spotlight, update your systems to reflect your sales or get more staff."
"The lack of service and knowledge is without a doubt the worst in launceston. Staff would rather chat among themselves than help customers the girl on the register was absolutely appalling not interested in serving me at all or even listening to me, she was to busy chatting to another staff member. The only way I got service is when another staff member approached the register !!! This store is a mess staff have no product knowledge and don't ask for any service at this store it doesn't exist. If I could give no stars I would."
