"The service was great whilst purchasing the car.. The after care, disgraceful. Absolute lack of communication, from delivery to my first "complimentary" 1000km service. I was without my car all day (from 9am until 4:30pm), and met with a dirty car inside and out. When expressing a few concerns with my vehicle I was met with a condescending, rude response. My experience with buying a new car with your branch has been quite woeful and I am certainly not happy with the experience or service."
"Overall happy with the service done, but they did not vacuum my car from inside at all and just water sprayed clean from outside which is also part of service I think. If COVID is the reason for not doing then they should also reduce price of service. Points of service reduced but price increased."
"Bought a Hyundai 4 weeks ago. Been on order months. Advised the sales person at the time of ordering we wanted our private plates on it and wanted to pay for servicing up front. Arrived to pick it up to find it registered already with standard plates. They had to change them whilst we waited. Was taken to the service desk to book first service and asked about the upfront servicing we'd orginally asked for when we ordered the car . Was advised it could be added later. Brought it in for first service and asked about the up front service purchase again to be told it can't be added now as should have been done at purchase!!! Not happy. We asked for all this when we ordered the car."
"Booked in for a service on my Kona EV. When I arrived I was told they "couldn't do electric" and I would have to book into Hobart instead and drive the 400km round trip. Something didn't add up but I was told that the "bosses were on holiday" so there was nothing they could do. I contacted Hobart and told the story and they said "no, that's not right" and got rebooked back into Launceston. They absolutely can do electric vehicles. 5 weeks from making the original booking to actually getting a service. I received no apology, no explanation, no admission of fault for the screw around. Actual servicing was fine. The people aren't friendly."
