"The staff here are incredible! We are incredibly lucky to be able to have the support from Learning Pod in helping us navigate our NDIS journey as our plan managers. My son also attends therapy sessions at their centre and has come home with so many new skills to help him in his everyday life. "Shockingly difficult to end your 1 year subscription, keep taking you money with no accounts response or support. The actual tutoring was good, but the finalization of the subscription has really left a bad taste in my mouth. You should not have to fight to get this finalized whilst still being charged for the service that has ended and then they have the cheek to say there will be a $50 early termination fee....on an annual subscription that has ended!! I notice this is everyone's sentiment here with negative reviews. Perhaps Learning Pod needs to focus on their accounts department a bit more?"
