Woolworths Kwinana

"Bought a phone from Kwinana Woolworth and there was a issue with the device it just froze on me and wouldn't turn back on visited the store and the manager said I just need to bring the Sim card back as I had the receipt for a refund. Came back the next day to get a refund with the receipt and Sim card to the service desk to be fully mocked and made out as a joke the 2 absolute rudest new Zealander lady's working and the 1 lady that wears the bandana on her head think names carrisa or something, told me the phone wasn't from the store and laughing at me and pretty much told me to jog off. Absolute appalling behaviour from these 3 women very very disappointing. The way these women treat there customers they shouldn't even have a job at all..... The next few days I did that phone in when the manager was working which she was lovely and refunded me."

"I bought a mobile phone Optus there is a issue with the device as I called the Optus network team then they said the device issue but not network advised me to visit the store I purchased and exchange or refund. When I tried to talk to them the service desk people and the manager over there were rude and no idea about refund policy or returns of Woolworths ; simply ignored and trying to stick with me no other option. I am working in a retailer as a employee but I never seen these sort of biased staff anywhere ."

"Shopped here as we were passing through. Quite a large store. Not too busy. Plenty of variety and they had what we wanted in stock. Will come back again."

"Recently this store has become a joke and after todays shop i will no longer be shopping here. Mushrooms way past their best and flies on them. Bags of lettuce rotten. No bacon on the deli counter. Items marked special price but under label is same price. No price on some brands of eggs. Lots of empty shelves. Selected specials on my rewards app unavailable. Had to visit coles to complete my shopping."
