"Wow we must have been at a different store then because we are not happy with the service or lack of from M&B Mandurah...the fact that no one communicates with you to let you know what is happening with orders is disgraceful...we attended to pick up our barn doors but found 1 was damaged we were advised we would get a call that same afternoon about the time it would take to get another door..that call didn't happen we had to follow up so in the end cancelled the order...we also ordered cladding for our renovation and after waiting 2 weeks for availability we were advised that the order was one sheet short but that it would be delivered the following week, that didn't happen and that was 2 weeks ago and still hasn't happened...no call from M&B so again we called and have now been advised there is no stock and they didn't know when the remaining plank would be delivered and we got the impression they weren't to worried about it either...we have gone back to Bunnings for our supplies now....I actually found that the exact same barn doors we wanted are cheaper at Bunnings...definitely won't go back to M&B... Amazing you respond when you get a bad review and your excuse as to no staff is rubbish...when we visited the store there were 2 ladies at the reception and another guy sitting there chatting with them...and low supplies is no excuse for poor business and communication..."

"As the proprietor of Climate Wise Construction, a local building company, it has been a great disappointment for us to have completely unsatisfactory service from M&B. We purchased e-Deck product for a number of projects under the belief that the product was hardy and fit for use outdoors. It has been agreed by M&B that the product was installed by us at a high standard, furthermore we maintain the products for our clients on an ongoing basis to ensure longevity. Despite this, the product has failed on more than one occasion and having approached M&B we have been met with only excuse and finger pointing rather than resolving the issue in a professional manner. Save your money and buy outdoor products elsewhere because our experience is that e-decking is not fit for the purpose and has a product life one fifth that of normal hardwood decking. M&B leaving another small business to suffer the consequences rather than warrant their inferior product."
