"While most of the staff and helpers were nice and welcoming there were a number of people who were rude and dismissive. I was trying on the shoes and a middle aged woman came up to us and started telling us that we were too young to wear the heeled sandals in a very confronting way even though we were paying customers. Once we were up to the counter I gave the lady serving us a few dollar coins to pay for the dress I had chosen (which wasn't more than 8$). She then rolled her eyes at me and continued to treat me as if was an 8 year old. Don't know why as all the previous times I had visited the store there had been no problems."
"Unfortunate experience trying to order a coffee Saturday 8/7. I was the only one waiting at 11.05 and the man behind the counter wouldn't look at me. Stood for five minutes and left but returned shortly after and enquired about a coffee. The man behind the counter refused to serve me as he said that he was the only one there but there were no other customers to serve. Very disappointing !"
"Nice clean shop with a variety of goods. Not overly dear. Plenty of parking. The staff very friendly."
"I went to this place to ask about donation of few items I had and later took a tour of this place. While I was browsing around the store this one man “who was one of their volunteers “ came up to me and my friend and asked us to not speak in any second language and also strictly said asked me to only talk in English/their language. He said miss only use our language to communicate or else we will get booked. Also he was continuing looking at us with his judgment racism view and making us uncomfortable. We literally left the store within 5 minutes because of his inappropriate/ insulting behaviour towards us. He was totally being racist to us."
"We were very disappointed with our visit here. Although a wide range and variety of options, we were unable to find any winter jackets/ jumpers or jeans. The front of the store is stocked with new products while all the secondhand goods are at the back. The store is clean and fairly well arranged. Not a lot of men’s wear either."
