"Pathetic beyond belief... After 2 previous deliveries (10k out of Toowoomba) were 3 days late because of 3rd party courier...asked to hold future deliveries at depot...30 k away from our address. Our latest delivery of essential car parts arrived 6 days ago!!! An we were told "we attempted to contact you"...checked all missed calls, messages and email...they lied. Maybe the managers should read their mission statements plastered on the office of the depot... 3 tomed getting screwed over... Pathetic!"
