"What a joke. This Cookie bloke needs his head checked. I paid upfront for a king mattress. It needed to be made and so there was a waiting period. He said that because we were waiting the 1 week (maximum 2 weeks) period, he would throw in a mattress protector and call me when the deed was done. He seemed like a good local bloke, I'm in. 3 weeks later and I'm sleeping on the floor. I have to chase him up. The mattress is here he says. Just come get it. I then find out it is in fact not at the shop, and I have to drive to the whare house and load it myself. When queried on the protector, oh, no good. Bloody joke of a company, and a joke of a salesman. Go somewhere else."

"Initial service was great, but the $2,200 mattress I purchased makes strange noises on both sides when I get out of bed. Like the springs are straining under my average weight. I didn't notice the issues in store because the mattress was located right under a noisy TV. Went in to ask explore what was going on and what could be done as I don;t consider the noise to be normal or acceptable at this price point. Staff said they would call me back with a solution. I didn't hear from anyone."
