"Had my new Ranger in for a service today and couldn’t be happier. I called Troy last week after ringing another local dealer and told they couldn’t look at my car till early August. I felt fobbed off given it wasn’t a major service; they didn’t want to know me. So I gave challenger a call and spoke to Troy who booked me in on the following Monday. I arrived and Troy greeted me and immediately picked up on a suspension squeak that recently started, and he ensured that it was rectified before it came out of the workshop not to mention had my car cleaned for me too. It’s those small things, that set dealers apart from one another and as a result you’ve now got my business. Thanks again!"

"Dropped off a vehicle for a recall job and arranged to be taken to the station in the courtesy vehicle. If there is going to be a delay of over an hour it would be very much appreciated if this could be communicated to your customers before they wait. This delay resulted in me missing a train, then the connection for a bus that runs only occasionally meaning I needed to catch alternative busses and a 550m walk uphill and as I am injured using crutches and carrying a bag it wasn't just inconvenient but painful and exhausting. If I had known there was a delay alternative arrangements could have been made. Very disappointed in the service."
