"One of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. Being a young mother it’s easy to be quickly judged, and made to feel stupid. The women in here are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in to buy a car seat and within 15 minutes Amanda had sorted all my worries about fitting 3 cars seats across the back of my car. They know their products inside and out and make asking questions a breeze instead of fearing being judged for not already knowing the answers. 100% will happily spend my money here any day of the week. And prior to stepping into this store I refused to buy anything from baby stores in Launceston due to the unprofessional behaviour from other stores. Keep it up ladies your store is beautiful and you all do a fantastic job. I never write reviews for anything but got to give credit where credit is due you are all amazing!!!"
"Wow, these ladies have stepped up the retail experience for babies (and children) in Launceston. Sooooo much stock. All of it different to anything I've seen before. I love that this store is in Launceston city however, you don't have to go right into the town and find a carpark. You can park right outside = more time for shopping. Win win."
"Such an amazing baby shop in Launceston, the staff are very friendly and so helpful. I love the fact they have an area for feeding your baby/ changing their nappy. I only went into this shop to change my baby’s nappy one day and I didn’t purchase anything and they didn’t make me feel like I had to. If you aren’t from Launceston and are travelling up for a visit you definitely need to check this baby store out. They have amazing deals and amazing products you don’t want to miss out on."
