"Needed a new clutch for my car, called to see if that had the right one, yes they did. Went in to pick it up and noticed the box had a different model, double checked before paying and leaving that it would fit my car. My mechanic took my car and he noticed the model was different so he called Napa to triple check ( through rego number). Was told Yup all good. Mechanic changes clutch and clutch won't work. He calls his usual parts shop and what do you know, IT IS NOT FOR MY CAR! So now I'm out $200+ for the wrong part, mechanic labour and another $200 odd for the right clutch. Luckily for me my mechanic wont charge me for all labour he has done as it was Napa screw up. But will Napa pay??? I will not be shopping here again and neither will my family and friends."
