Dôme Café - Baldivis

"Waited 50 minutes for food. Hot drinks served within 15mins so now cold. Food arrived, well presented but stone cold (breakfast). There seemed to be plenty front of house staff. Another table complained about their food. We were not waiting another 30-50 minutes on a replacement meal. Totally unacceptable and a waste of $50. Our first visit and last visit to Baldivis Dome. Not the standard we have experienced before from other Domes."

"I enjoy going to dome, and I live close by to this one, however 9 times out of 10 they are understaffed, I'm sitting here waiting for some waffles for 45 minutes now, whilst watching tables with empty bottles and plates not be cleaned for the entire time. As far as cleanliness goes Id say poor, the floors are covered and I only saw one person sweep up a leaf and then exit. Oh also, if you want the special menu items dome normally offers, this one does not do it. Recommend Waikiki Dome as the closest point. Will not be returning to this one, as it is not convenient."

"Dome is a franchise so on the face you are already allocating a certain type of experience, you know the general layout of dining and menu if you've visited one before. However, this establishment was only enhanced by the staff who went above the general job roles to even carter pouring our hot beverages into takeaway mugs when we had run overtime to our next appointment, never even accepted a small gift in reimbursement. It's the very nature shown in the staff that reflect the business is both one good to work for and good to visit. Will return!"

"A nice restaurant with colonial style decor. I found the menu a bit restricted, plenty of burgers and wraps. A few Australian favourites but would benefit from some more fish and meat choices. That said, the food was served quickly and was very good. The staff here a very friendly and helpful. I liked that the background music was in the background! I also think the choice of seating and table styles is nice, a mix of open plan tables and booths. There are also comfy armchairs for relaxing with a drink and snack. I was a bit surprised that it was very quiet at 6pm on a Sunday but it was a pleasant experience and reasonably priced. I would visit again."
