"Fiona the manager here was just great. Despite the booking agent being slow with paperwork for her on my very last minute booking ,she had me in a room very quickly after a very personable chin wag. On checkout next morning my friends car wouldn't start and it was no problem for Fiona to let us go get what was needed and weren't rushed to get the car off yhe property. Rooms very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again. Thx Fiona, im a firm believer in ( in the dying art of) customer service and you had it in spades from the first moment! Great job and see you again."
"Tried my luck to approach the front desk for temp storage pf frozen food I bought last night at 1030 hrs much earlier then check-in time (1300 hrs). Beyond expectations, the manager allowed early check-in. We were so happy and the offer and flexibilty was much appreciated. Everything were well maintained. The staff were active, efficint and friendly. My room on G/F was just next to the pool.... it was bustling with noise and excitement when kids were having they jolly time. The bed was big and of moderate hardness. The quilt was a bit roughy. The toilet therein was small but clean and well ventilated. A very enjoyable stay. Will come again"
