"They always have good reds and good service"

"The last two times that I’ve visited the Liquorland in Casuarina Village Shopping Centre in Darwin, I’ve been extremely disappointed to see Liquorland customer service staff treating customers in degrading, disrespect ways. In both cases, it has revolved around a staff member who wears the nametag Jacob. Last week, while standing at the register, Jacob was using his phone to take a photo of a customer without his knowledge. Today, Jacob and a centre security guard locked a customer inside the store and wouldn’t let her out. Whatever their reasons, it is hard to believe your staff, especially staff whose sole responsibility is to serve customers, can treat a person in such a demeaning, arrogant and disrespectful way. I hope you will talk to all of the staff at the Casuarina Village Shopping Centre and Jacob in particular, to let them know that this behaviour is not only unacceptable for a person working in customer service, it is unacceptable behaviour from any person in our society."

"Apparently you can’t get served twice in one day? Weird never heard of that law before? The guy had $13 great Northen 6 packs out for sale at 10 am until around 11 on the 28/10/20.I went back in to see if I could get them around 3:30 was told by an arrogant man with blonde hair that he put them away first thing this morning even tho he didn’t. And was then told I can’t purchase for the second time in one day ? All good liquor land Woolworths has better deals anyways"
