"The bar is pretty low at KFC but somehow this store manages to lower it further. I don't want to blame the staff because they are young and without leadership. Your experience will depend on the motivation of the staff serving you. There is apparently a complete lack of management as staff meander around with no sense of urgency, at times it appears they are actively ignoring the fact there are customers waiting, probably in an attempt to incentivise people to order using the self checkout or app. Food/Hospitality is a terrible industry to work in but this is far beyond your minimum expectations of the service you'd expect from someone earning a wage."
"All dirty tables when walked in. Ordered online pi ked up instore. They got it wrong once again. Even after we doubled checked. Seems to be a teenager with attitude that kicks draws shut and glares at her co workers. No control in this store at all. Not professional at all. You have so many bad reports it's not funny. "The double Tender burger was smaller, the tenders were the size of a chicken wing. I got a regular chips but this normally fills me. Chips not filled up no salt a 2 chips we're not cooked.
